As bowl season is starting to wrap up, recruiting season is going to heat up. With three High School All-American Bowls this week on TV, I thought it would be a good time to give you CFBZ’s Top 10 Undeclared recruits. National Signing Day is still over a month away so there is still an opportunity for verbal commits to flip to other teams but let’s concentrate on the kids who haven’t picked their teams as of yet:
#1 Dorial Green-Beckham/WR, Springfield, Missouri
Top Targets: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas
Tom Lemming: It’s taken 17 years but I’ve finally found a WR who is as good as Randy Moss. For years I’ve said Randy Moss was the best high school player I have seen, and Mr. Beckham has similar skills.
Will play in Army All-American Bowl (Saturday 1/7 1 PM EST on NBC)
#2 Arik Armstead/OT, Elk Grove, California
Top Targets: California, Auburn, Notre Dame
Brandon Huffman: The way he just chucks defenders, and with the ease in which he does it is scary His ability to get to the second level and his explosion off the ball is remarkable.
Will play in Army All-American Bowl (Saturday 1/7 1 PM EST on NBC)
#3 Landon Collins/S, Geismar, Louisiana
Top Targets: Alabama, LSU
Tom Lemming: In person he already looks like an NFL FS. Physical, he reminds me of Karlos Williams.
Will play in Under Armour All-America Game (Thurs 1/5 7:30 PM on ESPN)
#4 Eddie Goldman/DT, Washington, DC
Top Targets: Alabama, Auburn, FSU, Miami
Scott Kennedy: Lightning quick hands help him keep offensive linemen off balance with a quick punch. Potential is limitless with his size and athleticism
Will play in Under Armour All-America Game (Thurs 1/5 7:30 PM on ESPN)
#5 Andrus Peat/OT, Tempe, Arizona
Top Targets: Nebraska, Stanford, FSU, USC
Scout.com: Has plenty of nasty in him and is a great pass blocker with tremendous feet
Will play in Under Armour All-America Game (Thurs 1/5 7:30 PM on ESPN)
#6 Shaquille Thompson/S, Sacramento, California
Top Targets: California, Washington
Scott Kennedy: Thompson is an elite athlete that stars on his team at defensive back, running back and receiver. He has the ability to play any of those on the college level, but his size and skill set may relegate him to safety.
Will play in Army All-American Bowl (Saturday 1/7 1 PM EST on NBC)
#7 Stefon Diggs/WR, Olney, Maryland
Top Targets: Auburn, California, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, USC, Virginia, Virginia Tech
Tom Lemming: On the field he’s one of the nation’s most exciting ball players, an elite prospect and a difference maker.

#8 Kyle Murphy/OT, San Clemente, California
Top Targets: Stanford, USC
Scout.com: Murphy has good drive-blocking skills and does a tremendous job getting to the second level.

#9 Nelson Agholor/S, Tampa, Florida
Top Targets: Florida, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, USC, Auburn, FSU, Georgia, Miami, USF, Texas, UCLA
CBS Sports: He’s a burner who can get behind the defense and has the quickness to make things happen when he has a defender in front of him. Overall, just a fluid athlete.
Will play in Under Armour All-America Game (Thurs 1/5 7:30 PM on ESPN)
#10 Darius Hamilton/DE, Ramsey, New Jersey
Top Targets: Rutgers, Florida
Tom Lemming: Darius reminds an awful lot of people of his famous father. He’s a long legged, long arm, quick footed, and instinctive pass rusher. A very active DE who gives good effort in pursuit, shows the great closing burst to close, and shows the ability to disrupt the backfield.
