East Carolina will host one of the best running back prospects in the country from the 2018 class this weekend.
Jamal Elliott (5-foot-10, 185 pounds), a 4-star recruit from Durham, NC, is scheduled to visit ECU on Saturday for Junior Day, according to 247Sports.com. He has serious interest in the Pirates now that his former high school coach, Antonio King, has been hired as the team’s running backs coach.
Elliott, who is listed as the No. 3 overall player at his position, currently has eight Division-1A offers, but has Tennessee and ECU in his top two.
