It’s been a long time since Tracy Morgan has appeared in front of an audience and Tuesday night, the former “Saturday Night Live” funnyman was on the receiving end of a large ovation courtesy of the 48,000 strong at Yankee Stadium.
Morgan had become a regular behind homeplate prior to a June 2014 accident that resulted in a broken leg, broken ribs and brain trauma. The Bronx native returned to the iconic ballpark in time to see his Yankees destroy the Boston Red Sox 13-3.
