Trevor Rosenthal Will Be Grand Marshal Of Soulard Pet Parade

Trevor Rosenthal will serve as the Grand Marshal for the 2016 STL Mardi Gras Pet Parade.

I didn’t read the headline right and thought that Trevor was the Grand Marshal for the regular Mardi Gras parade, so I made this great joke about how it was ironic he was the choice since this was the one day of the year that St. Louisans didn’t actually know how to close themselves down.

Turns out this is the PET PARADE. Not the drunk parade. Here’s hoping TLR comes back this year for those duties.

If you have a dog, though, and want to participate in the pet parade, here are the details:

• PRICE: $10 (benefit Open Door Animal Sanctuary)
