‘Twas the night before Celtsmas, three years post E.House
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse
The C’s jerseys were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that Rajon Rondo soon would be there
The rookies were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of playing time danced in their heads
The dancers in their outfits, and Lucky in his cap
Had five long days off to get many naps
When out on the parquet there arose such a clatter,
Tommy threw off his headset to see what was the matter
Up on the Jumbotron he saw such a flash,
It was t-shirt time at TD and the fans had a blast
The lights on the floor of the fresh polished wood,
Made the Garden floor sparkle as much as it should
When what to his wondering eyes should appear,
It was new coach Brad Stevens who was filled with such cheer
On Courtney, on Sully on Bradley and Steez,
They’ll be no tanking here as we’ve got fans to please
Coach pulled out a sack that was filled with some toys,
Their were plenty for all, both the girls & the boys
The parents got tickets to every home game,
Courtside and loge for all fans that came
Eddie Palladino then picked up his mic:
“Merry Celtsmas to all and to all a good night!”
