According to LaVelle E. Neal III of the Star Tribune, the Minnesota Twins have signed starting pitcher Phil Hughes to a three year, $24 million dollar deal.

Hughes struggled with the Yankees last season, he was 4-14 with an ERA of 5.19.
The Twins’ starting pitching staff struggled last season, and I think that Hughes will help them.
The Twins are expected to announce this deal later this week, with Hughes expected to undergo a physical this weekend.
