The Tyler Greene era has ended with a thud.
A night removed from a spot start that lit the fuse on a 15-0 beatdown from the Giants, the Cardinals have traded Greene to Houston for a player to be named later and a bag of money.
Makes sense, since Houston GM Jeff Luhnow was in charge of the Cardinals minor league system when Greene was drafted.

The move had to be made. Greene was becoming too big of a distraction to contribute in St. Louis.
