UC Announces Unique Ticket Deal

Cincinnati has held 24 straight opponents to under 70 points, which obviously includes every team this season. It's the longest streak in the nation. Cincinnati has also had a little bit of trouble selling tickets. Something they have tried to remedy with their latest ticket offering.

It's called 'Double Down on Defense.' UC is selling bleacher tickets for the remaining home games at $70. As long as the Bearcats streak of holding teams under 70 lasts, and it should last at least 3 games, you get a $10 ticket credit for next season. If the streak lasts all season, that covers the $70 you would spend on the tickets.

The University of Cincinnati Bearcats Men’s Basketball team has held 24 consecutive opponents to under 70 points, the longest current active streak in the country, and wants you to join them in Fifth Third Arena to keep the streak alive at home games this season. As long as the defensive streak continues at home, you will receive $10 per game in ticket credit each time the Bearcats hold their opponent under 70 points that can be applied to 2014-15 Men’s Basketball ticket packages.

• The ticket credit portion of this promotion will only end if the Bearcats give up over 70 points at home during the remainder of the season but all fans will still have tickets for the remaining games this season. If the Bearcats defense holds all remaining home opponents to under 70 points, fans who purchase this package will have between $50 and $70 in ticket credits for next season, depending on which package they purchased.
