Cincinnati’s much anticipated game at Ohio State on September 27 has a 6 pm kick off time. The game will be televised on the Big 10 Network. This was announced by the Big 10 as part of the Big 10 Network prime time game schedule.
Per Tom Groeschen, UC will make some bank:
#UC gets $888,246 to play at #ohiostate this year. OSU recently disclosed its '14 payouts at request of Associated Press. #bearcats

Gotta say, the 6 pm start time is not the greatest. This is the same day that USF goes to Wisconsin, so we could possibly have an AAC vs Big 10 doubleheader. The 6 pm start is for a good reason. It’s a double header day on the Big 10 Network. UC and Ohio State play at 6 and Illinois and Nebraska play at 9.
This announcement is the 3rd piece of the schedule puzzle. We know that the season opener on September 12 against Toledo will be on ESPNU. We know that the Halloween game at Tulane will be on ESPN2 or ESPNU. The rest will be revealed as we get closer to the season. Obviously. Great final two sentences. Very necessary.
