The Big East announced on Monday the that UConn Huskies football game against the Vanderbilt Commodores at Rentschler Field in East Hartford on October 2nd will begin at noon and be televised as the Big East Conference Game of the Week on SNY.
The game is also part of Homecoming Weekend festivities for UConn.
In other news, UConn running back Jordan Todman was named to the Big East Honor Roll for the second straight week.
Todman ran for a career-high 192 yards and hada touchdown in the UConn’s 30-16 loss to the Temple Owls last Saturday.
