Tommy Herr, beloved Cardinals second baseman, is selling wine racks.
We discovered this earlier in the week and passed the information along to you guys. Today we found out that Mr. Herr has a crack staff of web searchers and that they wanted to let us know that Tommy is doing more than just selling wine racks.
He’s in on the oil game too.
Let’s let his PR team tell you about it:
This weekend, Herr is going to be in Memphis as part of the fourth Mobil Super “Go the Distance” Baseball Tour. The tour features stops at minor league/independent league games over the summer. Memphis is one of the first stops of the tour’s visit to 55 games in 18 states over a four month period. Herr will be in Memphis as a Mobil Super ambassador visiting with fans before the Redbirds game, Saturday May 10. He will also be participating in the first pitch!
Here’s a previous press release about this tour.
So if you’re in Memphis this weekend, go out and meet Tommy Herr. And then buy 50 cases of Mobil Super motor oil. Give some to mom for Mother’s Day. Stock up for the zombie apocalypse. Whatever, just give them all your money.
And tell Tommy to send us some wine racks and oil. We’d appreciate it.
