The Kings’ injury report for today’s matchup against the Phoenix Suns.

  • DeMarcus Cousins’ latest ailment will force him to miss his 11th game of the season. The center is out with gastroenteritis, also known as the stomach flu. Typically caused by viral or bacterial infection, symptoms include diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, cramping, fever and headaches. Dehydration is a significant concern with gastroenteritis.
  • Ramon Sessions is out tonight with low back stiffness. The eight-year veteran has been struggling with the issue for a week. Sessions failed to make an appearance in Sunday’s game versus the Los Angeles Lakers, and played six minutes in Monday’s match against the Golden State Warriors.
  • Ryan Hollins is out for tonight’s game with a personal issue. The reason is unknown, but his father passed away on December 13. Hollins didn’t play versus the Warriors, but he’s logged floor time in the Kings’ 12 contests prior.

We will keep you updated on the status of each player as we find out more.
