Oh, C.J., you jokester, you! As opposed to come of Wilson’s attempts at prank humor in the past (hi, Mike Napoli, are you there?), this was nice and good-natured. I suppose I would be startled by ball being thrown at me, or at least by the sound of the ball hitting the plastic screen. Chuckles were had by all, I’m sure. Either way, Texas Rangers fans will find a way to twist this somehow and use it as evidence that he is a douchebag (seriously, let it go, Rangers fans).
I, for one, am just glad that C.J. didn’t somehow end up blowing his arm out doing this stunt.
