Video: Doc’s emotional nod to Pat Summitt

I love Doc for doing this.  

Unfortunately, Summitt's retirement, and Summit herself, will not get the proper recognition from the masses for a variety of reasons.  But the fact is, as Doc said, she's a great coach.  You don't sustain that level of greatness at any level, much less at the Division 1 level, if you're not.  

Basketball is worse off for not having Pat Summitt around.  I appreciate Doc taking the moment to acknowledge that, and giving Celtics fans a reason to acknowledge it, even briefly.
