Former San Antonio Spurs guard Antonio Daniels, now with the Philadelphia 76ers, played in the 1999 lockout shortened NBA season with the Spurs en route the first NBA title for San Antonio.
In an interview with woai.com, Daniels spoke on the current NBA lockout as compared to the 1998-1999 lockout. Though he does see similarities in this lockout to the last one, Daniels does feel this lockout may last longer and quite possibly, the entire upcoming NBA season may be lost.
Daniels also dives into the player’s side of the disagreement with the owners, and much more.
