Are these officials trolling us? Ryan Reaves and Eric Bolton dropped their mitts and were preparing to engage in what would have been a heavyweight battle. The two positioned themselves and as soon as the first punch was about to be thrown, the officials stepped in and broke things up.
The NHL has tried to clamp down on the theatrics which take place before a fight, but this interrupting was infuriating. The look from Reaves says it all.
