It was a close call when San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker nearly lost an eye when he found himself in a dust up at a New York City bar between pop stars Drake and Chris Brown.
Since then, TP wore protective eye-wear during the 2012 Olympics and all seems fine heading into the new season.
Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich spoke about TP's eye and says all is fine.
