Sean Holden (2-0, Octagon MMA) makes no secret that he loves to fight. While some fighters use the fistic arts as a way to escape their lot in life, Holden seems to enjoy the actual physical demands of the fight game. It’s a strange juxtaposition of the man when you speak with him and realize quickly that Holden is one of the most humble and friendly people you will ever meet.
We recently caught up with Holden as he puts the finishing touches on his training camp for this Friday’s Legacy 24 card at the Allen Event Center. Holden will return to the cage following a year on the sidelines due to injuries.
