I think it’s safe to say that Todd Bertuzzi is ready for the games to start counting.
Lucky for him (and unlucky for goalies around the league), the Red Wings open their season against the Ottawa Senators on October 7th. Bertuzzi’s 45 points last season were the most he had since the ’05-’06 season. If he keeps putting on moves like that, I think it’s safe to say that he will continue his upward trend in 2011.
