This Sunday, the Carolina Panthers come to town, so VIDEO REWIND is going to look back to the second Visit by the Panthers as NFC South foes.
For many, it was the first sign the 2003 Bucs were NOT the same as theSuper Bowl team. In a few weeks, the loss to Indianapolis on Monday Night Football would confirm it.
