Last night, upon his return to the Tampa Bay Times Forum, former captain Vincent Lecavalier was honored for all of his on and off ice efforts with the Bolts.

The Tampa Bay Lightning honored Vincent Lecavalier as the 12th Lightning Community Hero of the year during the first period of last night’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers. Lecavalier, who received a $50,000 donation from the Lightning Foundation and the Lightning Community Heroes program, will donate the money to the Vinny Lecavalier Foundation.
