Justin Tuck
The Raiders aimed to beef up their defense this past off-season and decided to bring in Tuck, a veteran quarterback killer who also boasts two Super Bowl rings. Oakland’s desire to turn back into a title contender starts with legit muscle up front and Tuck provided that in his first season (five sacks) despite having to deal with nagging injuries and little help on the other side of the line. LaMarr Woodley
Furthering Oakland’s desire to get extra gritty on the defensive side of the ball, they added former ferocious Steelers pass-rusher Woodley to the mix this past summer. Unfortunately he didn’t pan out as hoped due to injury, but Woodley hopes to ignite the Raiders pass rush in 2015 after years of doing so for Pittsburgh.
