Nittany Lion’s Den has been nominated for CBS Philly’s Most Valuable Blogger Awards 2011 under the Sports category. We appreciate your nomination and are proud to say that we are the only Penn State oriented site in the running. As you can imagine there are a number of Phillies, Eagles and generic Philly sports sites also receiving nominations. We may be new, but I feel we can handle ourselves well too. I admit, we are in a very tough competition for votes with some fantastic sites also in the field. But if you want to submit some votes for a Penn State site, we would certainly appreciate your votes.
