On Saturday, Fenway Park became even more fun for families with the opening of Wally’s World on Yawkey Way. I was lucky enough to be at the game (and see us beat Cliff Lee), so I hopped over to check out what Wally’s World looked like.
It basically looked like a small version of a lot of games you’d find at your local county fair. It also looks like a lot of fun for the little ones. Bean bag toss, ring toss, a fast ball throw, some fastball video games, etc. Wally’s World is open from the second to the seventh innings…and Wally makes an appearance from third to fourth innings to meet with kids and sign autographs.
Below are a few pics I took of Wally’s World:

The Championship Ring Toss
Wally’s Sox Toss
Fast Ball Radar Gun Throw
