The Warriors have won three straight games after the All-Star break. The Pistons are 23-33 on the season and third in their division, still in pursuit for the playoffs, trailing the Brooklyn Nets by only 3.5 games for the 8th playoff spot in the East.
The Pistons’ primary scorer right now is Brandon Jennings, who is averaging 17.4 points per game. Andre Drummond has been in a mini-slump, scoring just 8 points sandwiched in between a typical 20-point output in two of his last three games.
The Warriors, currently seventh place in the West, will be without David Lee, who is recovering from the stomach flu. Andrew Bogut, however, is back from a flare reaction to a cortisone shot for a stiff left shoulder.
After missing seven games, Andrew Bogut (shoulder) is active tonight and is expected to start vs. Detroit.

From Natalie Sitto of Need4Sheed.com:
The good: Josh Smith had his best game as a Piston with a season-high 32 points on 14-of-20 shooting in the loss against the Mavs Saturday.
.
The bad: The Pistons have lost five straight against the Warriors.
Andre Drummond was off his game against and it won’t be easy for him and Monroe against Lee and Bogut (if he plays).
.
Here are some more stats for tonight’s game:
Interesting note: When Stephen Curry scores fewer than 20 points this year, as he has in 2 of the last 3 (both wins), the Warriors are 15-1
