LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. — The ASPIRE initiative, created for 7th grade girls, focuses on inspiring, educating and building confidence in young women from Loudoun County and Fairfax County Public Schools. All participating students were selected by school counselors and career specialists based on need and readiness. The initiative helps provide young women with information and inspiration to chart a course for success in their lives.

The winter summit allows students to hear from influential women from a variety of career paths and backgrounds and will focus on health and wellness and channeling your passion into something greater. Students will listen to a panel discussion before enjoying lunch in the team dining facility and dividing into two breakout sessions.

- Haley Skarupa – 2018 Olympic Gold Medalist; Hockey Ambassador, Washington Capitals
- Gretchen Hamm – Chief Marketing Officer, Washington Spirit
- Deanna Robinson – CPT, International Health & Fitness Expert;Owner, FAB BODY FACTORY
The summit was moderated by GeNienne Samuels, Washington Redskins in-game host.
