Isaiah Thomas delivered a blatant cheap shot in Sunday night’s game against the Heat and paid for it.
Thomas received a pass on the wing late in the fourth quarter of the game, and Justise Winslow came to close out, and guarded him closely. Thomas then exploited that, and swung an elbow with the ball in his hands. It caught Winslow right under his eye, which resulted in a cut and some blood.
