Weekend Recap: Halladay pitches in his Spring Training Debut

Today, the Philadelphia Phillies took on the New York Yankees for the second day in a row and it was the same result a loss. The Phillies fell to the Yankees 7-4. The Phillies are 0-2 in Spring Training so far. 


For the Phillies, Roy Halladay pitched two innings, gave up two hits, and one of those hits was a home run by Yankees 3B Alex Rodriguez. Halladay also had three strikeouts in his two innings of work. Finally, RF Hunter Pence went yard for the second game in a row. In today’s game, Pence went 1 for 3 with 2 RBI (2 run HR).
