- Negation of Adrian Clayborne – We have no hope of controlling him, and we have no hope of stopping him. We can only hope to remove him from the equation by not playing to his side of the field.
- Another 100 yards for Boom Herron – I ask and Herron delivers. Lets just keep feeding him the ball!
- A couple passes to Philly Brown – He’s been on the field lately, but Pryor hasn’t been throwing his way. I would love to see Philly catch a couple.
- As many “Rick Sixes” as Stanzi is willing to throw us – He’s famous for them, so I’d love for our secondary to get a few.

- Focus – Don’t wait for Tress to fire you up at the half- come out with bad intentions.
- Run. The. Ball. – Don’t get cute, do what you do, and get Boom his third century.
- Stanzi on his Can-zi – When Arizona had success earlier in the year, he was sacked numerous times. Seems like a good plan to me.
- Pryor On The Move – Iowa struggled with a mobile Persa… and Pryor is more of a threat.
- No False Starts – This will mean, in part, that the Iowa fans will be taken out of the game. We’re going to need that.
- Vandenberg’s Mom – What, you weren’t thinking it?
Joe
- For us to get off the plane, and be there at kickoff.
- A win.
- Stanzi on his backside early and often.
Jay
- A quiet Iowa stadium – Shortly after the first quarter begins, it would be great to see Iowa have few things to get excited about the rest of the way. I’m all about close, exciting games, but I’m even more about shutting down the opponent’s fans in an away game.
- A running game that opens it up – Yes, absolutely I would like to see Herron getting 100+, but in addition to that how about Herron’s running creating opportunities for Pryor and Saine, making it so Iowa doesn’t know where the next hit will come from.
- Solid special teams – We got into trouble early with special teams against Wisconsin on the road, and we’ve got to play solid and smart to secure this win.
Jim
- Early momentum – an early stop on defense, an early scoring drive on offense; alternate and repeat.
- Suffocating defense – Ohio State’s defense is one of the best in the country, I want to see them go out and prove it on the biggest stage with a conference title and BCS bowl on the line.
- Zach Boren smashing people – Iowa may have a good front four, but their linebackers are depleted, it should be fun watching them try to take on Mr. Boren.
- Pryor confident and decisive in the pocket – he looked uncomfortable last week, he needs to pick his game up against a vulnerable Iowa secondary.
- Just win – I’d like to see us smash Iowa like we did Penn State in the second half, chances are, however, that it is going to be a close game down to the wire, so just score more points than the other team, please.
