Patrolling through Sons of Sam Horn and running across a Coco Crisp thread last night, I received this disturbing news from Rotoworld. The extent and severity of this new injury is unknown at this point, and the report actually states the Red Sox hope Crisp will play this week, but just the wording gives me shivers:
Coco Crisp was out of the lineup Tuesday and walked through the clubhouse with “a big wrap” on his injured shoulder. Crisp has been sidelined since March 14, but made it clear Tuesday that it’s his shoulder and not his finger that’s the problem.
