Exactly 0 people actually believed that the Cubs were going to have the Wrigley Field bleachers good to go on Opening Day ’15.
And this past weekend, they made it official.
May 11th is the new date the contractors are shooting for. I thought even the revised date sounded pretty aggressive, so I headed over to the Wrigley Field Blog to see if they had any updates.

I’m pretty sure when you can see the field through the wall that the project still has a little meat left on the bone.
Plus, now they’ve become self aware? (Sorry.)
Bottom line – the Cardinals players should start calling dibs on the equipment that they want to try to hit on opening day with their home runs.
