Given the gravity of the charges, the demeanor of the principles in this photograph, state District Attorney Willie Meggs at the microphone, should have been perhaps much different.
Meggs, who has a B.A. in Criminology from Florida State and is also a graduate of the FSU law school, ruled that there was not enough evidence to prosecute. Although the result is a big win for Seminole football, it is not anything to celebrate.
