Losing a game is never acceptable, but coach Randy Wittman was pleased with the way the Wolves responded after falling behind.

The Timberwolves, on the other hand, are simply feeling their way through the young season. I talked to Al Jefferson pre-game and he said the biggest lesson they’ve learned so far is that if they play together for 48 minutes they’re a pretty good team. They’ve done it twice and won both games. On the flip side, when they don’t play together for 48 minutes they lose.
