The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced the team is partnering
with its NBA D-League affiliate the Sioux Falls Skyforce to host an
open tryout for the 2008-09 Skyforce season on Saturday and Sunday,
Oct. 18-19, at the Timberwolves practice facility.

The open tryouts offer local athletes an opportunity to showcase their
talents in front of NBA Development League coaches while they compete
to earn a position in the team’s official training camp. The Skyforce
training camp is scheduled to begin in mid-November.
