Edina native Rick Kamla, who was offered the job as the
Timberwolves’ radio play-by-play announcer last week, told the team he
will remain at NBA TV. Kamla serves in a variety of roles for the
network, including play-by-play and studio host.
"This has been the toughest decision of my career," he said. "I was flattered by the Wolves’ interest."
The team will have three preseason games on BOB 106 FM this month, beginning Oct. 20 at Milwaukee.
