Wolves Updates 11/19

Britt Robson/On The Ball on this weekend’s games:
The quiet leader by example in all of this was once again Antoine
Walker, reprises his role from the previous game versus Sacramento.
Watching Walker’s on-court intelligence makes one wince in recognition
of how clueless almost all of his teammates are by comparison. (No
disrespect intended, but when ‘Toine is the brains of your outfit, your
team is in very deep shit.)

Timberwolves center Theo Ratliff will have further medical consultation Monday regarding his sore right knee.

Stephen Litel/Hoopsworld evaluates the team’s performance thus far.

Guard Rashad McCants said the Timberwolves have to
rely on one another for leadership when they go through rough stretches
in games. There’s no single leader who stands out.
"We all depend on each other, really," McCants said.
"I think one thing we need to establish is who we need to turn to. I
think right now we’re turning to each other. We’re just coming up
short."
