Mad Dog recommends "a very hands-off approach with all coaches at the
high school level when it comes to playing time. He also talks about
his Halloween party:

of friends over to the house for a costume party. My new teammate
Michael Doleac and I were near the door when a bunch of kids rang the
doorbell and yelled out "Trick or Treat!" I think they knew that I
played for the Timberwolves because when I told them they could "take a
handful of candy" they made it a huge handful. But that’s OK, Halloween
only comes once and I remember liking houses that gave good treats.
