Corey Brewer may be hitting the proverbial rookie wall, usually judged

Ratliff said there’s no doubt he will play again this season. He’s not sure when he will be cleared to play again, but he said he’s targeting a return soon after the All-Star Game on Feb. 17.
Wittman said Ratliff might be able to resume practicing in a couple of weeks.
The torn meniscus wasn’t found until Ratliff had
arthroscopic surgery. A magnetic resonance imaging exam didn’t reveal
the injury because the tear was difficult to see.

Craig Smith from the latest installment of the Rhino Diaries:
But enough about ball. I’m gonna take a different direction and talk
about some of the things I do on a day off or after an early practice:
First of all, I love going to eat breakfast late after getting a lift
on an off day, so I go to a place called Uptown Diner. Then I may stop
and get a manicure or pedicure (I know a lot of you may be thinking,
"Why, Rhino?" Trust me … When your feet get stepped on or hit and
your nails aren’t cut down, you can be in a lot of pain). It’s very
relaxing. For real.

Mike Max/WCCO on Eric Gordon:
Minnesota Timberwolves scouts will be at Williams
Arena on Thursday night, but not with a vested interest in the Gophers.
They’ll be watching Indiana guard Aaron Gordon. Some say he’ll come out
to the pros this season and he could be a top four pick. That means the
Timberwolves may have an interest in drafting him.

Al Jefferson, at No. 25, has by far the top-selling jersey among current Wolves.
