Timberwolves coach Kevin McHale on Tuesday said guard Kevin Ollie will do little — if anything — for the next week to 10 days because of his dislocated elbow suffered last week in Chicago. From there, Ollie will begin a 10-14 day rehabilitation period. He will be reevaluated in three weeks.

Assistant general managers Fred Hoiberg and Rob Babcock are headed to Utah this week for the NBA Development League’s four-day showcase featuring all 16 teams. It’s the perfect place to evaluate the point-guard talent in the D League.
The Grizzlies missed the playoffs the last three years, and suffered consecutive 22-60 seasons in Miller’s last two years in Memphis. Combined with Minnesota’s 8-25 start this year, Miller’s teams are 52-145 in the last two-plus years.
“There’s definitely frustration,” Miller said. “There’s only one way you can deal with it, and that’s go out there, do your job every day, put in as much work as possible and hopefully things will turn around.”
