Tuesday, the 29th of July, the Portland Trail Blazers in conjunction with the Rose Quarter distributed a press release announcing an exciting job fair coming up on August 5th. The event is open to the public and will be held in the South Concourse of the Moda Center between 5:30-7:30 p.m.
There is a magnitude of part-time job opportunities, everything from parking to ticket sales, concessions to merchandising. Partnering companies Levy Restaurants and City Center Parking will be present to meet and chat with job seekers.
“This will be a prime opportunity for candidates whose schedules and lifestyles are best-suited for fun, part-time work, including students and retirees,” said Sarah Petrone, Vice President of Human Resources for the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter. “We’re headed into our busiest time of the year with exciting events ranging from Trail Blazer Basketball and Winterhawks Hockey to concerts, family shows and special events. We’re looking to hire more than 300 part-time staff, so there are definitely available jobs.”

- Event Services Staff
- Guest Services Attendants
- Housekeeping Crews
- Merchandising Sellers
- Security Agents
- Ticket Sellers
