Cincinnati Bengals Futures Odds

Cincinnati was a Cinderella story in the playoffs last season.

The 2021 season was a historic one for the Bengals, who won their first playoff game since 1991, advanced to the AFC Championship for the first time in 33 years, and made their first Super Bowl appearance since 1989.

After years of futility in the AFC North, the Bengals put themselves on the map as one of the best up-and-coming teams in the NFL behind No. 1 overall pick Joe Burrow.

Heading into Week 1 of the NFL season, Cincinnati is among the teams expected to contend for a Super Bowl.

After making their first Super Bowl appearance since 1989, the best NFL betting sites are offering +1600 odds for the Bengals to win the Super Bowl, the eighth best of any NFL team.

Cincinnati Bengals Division Odds

The AFC North has quietly become one of the NFL’s powerhouses over the last couple of years with lots of new, young, and fresh talent.

The Cleveland Browns’ recent addition of DeShaun Watson is expected to shake up the AFC North once again, making it one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL.

Despite a deep playoff run in 2021, the Bengals are not the favorites to win the division this season.

According to the best US sports betting sites, the Baltimore Ravens have the best AFC North odds at +140 but the Bengals aren’t far behind with +200 odds to win the division.

Cincinnati Bengals Prediction

Despite missing part of the 2022 NFL preseason due to a ruptured appendix, Joe Burrow will be starting against Pittsburgh in Week 1.

The former first overall pick will look to repeat his 2021 season and take the Bengals to the Super Bowl once again. While it may take some time for the Bengals’ star quarterback to fully recover, the first four weeks will be Cincinnati’s easiest stretch of the year.

The Bengals won’t really be challenged until Week 5 when they take on another division rival, the Baltimore Ravens. Cincinnati will also see Cleveland twice but only one of those games will feature DeShaun Watson at quarterback.

Despite the tough schedule, the Bengals have a bye week in Week 10, giving them a much-needed break ahead of six playoff-caliber teams.

Take the Bengals to be under 9.5 wins this season.

Cincinnati Bengals Next Game Pick

The Bengals are coming off a bye week. They won three of their last four games before the bye week.

Pittsburgh is coming off a 20-10 victory against the New Orleans Saints last week.

The defense looked much better for the Steelers with the return of TJ Watt.

They held the Saints to just 10 points and had two sacks and two interceptions.

The rush defense was on point as well, holding Alvin Kamara to just 26 rushing yards on eight attempts.

Pittsburgh’s rushing attack had over 200 total rushing yards last week.

Ja’Marr Chase has been out for the Bengals since he sustained a hip injury in week 7.

Joe Burrow has been sacked 30 times this season. He has been sacked the second most times out of any QB in the NFL.

He will be under a lot of pressure from the Steelers’ pass rush attack with Watt back.

Pittsburgh beat the Bengals in week 1 in Cincinnati.

Coming off a big win, the Steelers will win this game at home, led by their defense.

Our NFL experts predict the Steelers will win this matchup at home and they will cover the spread.

Cincinnati Bengals Schedule and Results

There won’t be many easy wins in the AFC North for the Bengals this season but they will get a Week 8 matchup with the Browns and a suspended DeShaun Watson.

According to our NFL experts, the Bengals have the seventh hardest schedule in the league this year.

Pittsburgh, for now, may be the weakest link in the AFC North while they look to rebuild around first-round draft pick Kenny Pickett, but it’s never wise to count out Mike Tomlin, who has never finished an NFL season with a losing record as head coach.

Despite a challenging schedule, the best online gambling sites are predicting that the Bengals will find similar success in the regular season compared to last year.

Cincinnati’s win total is set at 9.5, which means the Bengals would have to at least match last season’s 10-win mark to go over the total.

The Bengals have a pretty easy schedule leading up to Week 11 but will need to take care of business before their bye week. In Week 12 and beyond, Cincinnati will play seven consecutive games against playoff-caliber teams, which could make it difficult for the Bengals to put together a strong late-season run.

Find out the Bengals’ schedule, results, and how to watch the games during the NFL season below.

2022 Cincinnati Bengals Preseason Schedule

The Bengals opened the 2022 NFL preseason with a loss against the Arizona Cardinals. While Joe Burrow was listed as questionable, head coach Zach Taylor got his backups involved for a few reps.

Jake Browning, the second-string quarterback, completed 13-of-24 passes for 190 yards. While Drew Pitt went 6-for-6 for 76 yards and one touchdown. Brandon Allen even got to touch the ball completing all three of his passes for 29 yards.

After losing on the road against the Giants, Cincinnati finished off the preseason with a 16-7 win versus the Los Angeles Rams.

All in all, the Bengals finished the exhibition schedule with a 1-2 overall record.

2022 Cincinnati Bengals Regular Season Schedule

After a fantastic year, the Bengals will need to avoid a Super Bowl hangover as they open the 2022 NFL season at home against the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers.

While Cincinnati is projected to have one of the toughest schedules in the league, the first 10 weeks will present an easier stretch.

After that, the Bengals have a bye week before taking on each of their three division rivals and five potential playoff-bound teams.
