NFL Offensive Player Of The Year Picks And Predictions

Next, we’ll go over some of the best bets to win the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award from our football experts.

Scroll down below to learn which offensive players are the best bets to win the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award and learn more about each candidate.

10. Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers (+900)

Romeo Doubs saw his snap count decrease in week 2 with the return of Allen Lazard. But in Week 3, he had a breakout game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with eight receptions for 73 yards.

However, Green Bay’s Wide Receiver group is not the best and Doubs has talent that can put him on the field.

Doubs has 14 catches for 137 yards on the season.

It may take some time but Doubs can carve out a role for the Packers.

At +1600 odds, you will get a great value betting on Doubs.

9. Breece Hall, New York Jets (+1200)

Breece Hall played 45% of snaps in week 1 and 27% of snaps in week 2.

The offense will improve when Zach Wilson returns.

Hall will get relied upon more and more as the season goes on.

He has 121 rushing yards and averaging 5.3 yards per rush attempt. Hall also has 13 catches for 101 receiving yards on the season.

Hall is an interesting candidate at +1200 odds to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.

8. George Pickens, Pittsburgh Steelers (+1400)

Playing time has not been an issue for Pickens.

He has played over 70% of the snaps in each game.

However, he has not found chemistry with Mitch Trubisky.

The entire Steelers offense has been a disgrace this season.

Kenny Pickett starting at QB would be a better fit for Pickens.

At +1200 odds, Pickens is a good value bet for the OROY award but his stats may not improve until there is a QB change in Pittsburgh.

7. Treylon Burks, Tennessee Titans (+1800)

Treylon Burks saw his snap count share rise from 37% in week 1 to 45% in week 2.

He has seen five targets or more in the first two weeks and recorded 45 receiving yards in both games.

However, productivity went down in Week 3 against the Raiders, where he only had one catch for 13 yards.

He should see more playing time over Nick Westbrook-Ikhine in the near future.

The Titans need Burks to emerge soon, as they lack WR weapons.

At +1100 odds, Burks is a good bet for the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.

6. Kenny Pickett, Pittsburgh Steelers (+1200)

Kenny Pickett would be the favorite on this list but for some reason, Mike Tomlin refuses to start Pickett over Mitch Trubisky.

The Steelers’ offense has been horrendous this season.

Pickett can not be listed among the top five candidates, simply because there is no timetable on when he will take over the starting job.

If Pickett can take over and start sooner than later, he would easily be a top 2-3 contender for the OROY award.

Who Will Be The Top-Five Contenders For NFL Offensive Rookie Of The Year?

Dameon Pierce kicks off our top-five list.

He has a big role as the early down back for the Texans.

Check out our list of the top-five OROY candidates in the NFL for the 2022-23 season below.

5. Dameon Pierce, Houston Texans (+800)

Dameon Pierce played just 29% of snaps in week 1 but his playing time skyrocketed in week 2 and he played 62% of the snaps in week 2.

He seems to have already taken over early down work from Rex Burkhead.

Pierce has seen over 10 rushing attempts in each of the first two games.

He had 69 rushing yards and averaged 4.6 yards per rush attempt against a good Broncos defense in week 2.

Pierce’s role should just keep going up and despite playing on a poor team and offense, at +1200 odds, Pierce is a very good bet for Offensive Rookie of the Year.

4. Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints (+800)

Chris Olave has been very impressive so far this season.

He has an immediate starting role, playing 74% or more of the snaps in each of the first two games.

Olave saw 13 targets in week 2 but only caught five of the passes for 80 receiving yards.

In week 3, Olave had 13 targets and caught 9 of the passes for 145 yards.

Despite the Saints having Michael Thomas, Jarvis Landry, and Alvin Kamara, Olave has carved out a nice role.

He will just get better as the season goes on.

At +1000 odds, Olave is a great bet for OROY.

3. Garrett Wilson, New York Jets (+800)

Garrett Wilson played 49% of snaps in week 1 and 61% of snaps in week 2.

He had 4 catches for 52 receiving yards in week 1 and 8 catches for 102 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs in week 2.

Based on his impressive week 2 performance, Wilson should see more playing time.

Zach Wilson has not played yet due to an injury but the offense should look better when he returns.

At +800 odds, Garrett Wilson makes for a good bet to win the OROY award.

2. Jahan Dotson, Washington Commanders (+1000)

Jahan Dotson has been excellent so far this season.

He had 3 catches for 40 receiving yards and two receiving TDs in week 1 and 4 catches for 59 receiving yards and one receiving TD in week 2.

The TDs will likely slow down but Dotson played 88% of snaps in week 1 and 99% of snaps in week 2.

His role is secure and he will continue to produce by playing as the second WR with Terry McLaurin.

Dotson is a great bet to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.

Best Bet For NFL Offensive Rookie Of The Year

1. Drake London, Atlanta Falcons (+400)

The winner of the 2022 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award will be Drake London.

With Calvin Ridley suspended for the year, London is the number one WR on the Falcons.

He has seen seven targets or more in each of the first two games.

London had 5 catches for 74 receiving yards in week 1 and 8 catches for 86 receiving yards and one receiving TD in week 2.

He played 72% of snaps in week 1 and 82% of snaps in week 2.

In week 3, London had 3 catches for 54 yards and one receiving TD.

Out of all rookies, London’s role is the most secure and he will consistently see a lot of playing time and he will produce.

At +500 odds, Drake London will win the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award.
