The Hurricanes ended up winning at home in game 7, 3-2. This was a tough season for the Boston Bruins, which saw them deal with a few injuries throughout the year and it certainly hurt them in the first round.<\/p>\n<p>Jacob Slavin and Anthony DeAngelo were sensational in the first round for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhl.com\/hurricanes\">Carolina<\/a> as they had eight points apiece. Vincent Trocheck and Teuvo Teravainen also had seven points in this series for Carolina.<\/p>\n<h2>Can The Hurricanes Beat The Rangers Or The Penguins In The Second Round?<\/h2>\n<p>Game 7 between the New York Rangers and the Pittsburgh Penguins is going to be one of the best games that the NHL has seen this year.
