Personally, I love everything he&#8217;s saying and everything I&#8217;m reading. Will he take the potential move to free safety personally? No, he&#8217;ll play wherever the team needs him. That kind of attitude tells me he&#8217;ll fit right into the locker room. He sounds humble, driven, and ready to help in whatever way he can. He&#8217;s got lots of competition at corner so it will be very interesting to see how it all shakes out. The Saints LOVE Randall Gay at the Nickel slot, so the tricky thing is that Jenkins could potentially get bumped down to 4th on the depth chart if he doesn&#8217;t crack the starting lineup. You figure Jabari Greer is a lock to start, so the Tracy Porter vs. Malcolm Jenkins camp battle for playing time should be exciting. Don&#8217;t rule out Jason David, either. Who knows how he&#8217;ll bounce back in this new defense? Anyway, it&#8217;s very encouraging to see Jenkins in the perfect frame of mind for this time of year. He&#8217;s off to a good start in my book.
