I often wonder what opposing teams, their beat reporters and bloggers Nope. But it was those first two minutes that ended the Raptors. They got hit in the mouth first. Again. And hard.<\/p>\n

\nthat point on, their lead fluctuated between two and 15 points,
\nalthough there was never the sense that the Raptors could take the game
\nfrom the veteran Celtics.<\/p>\n
\ncombined for 32 points, Hedo's five along with DeMar DeRozan's seven
\nwere simply inexcusable, and the key difference in a game that actually
\nsaw Toronto outscore Boston on the break and in the paint.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
