There wasn’t much of a response for a second league to be made, but I went ahead and did it anyway. It would be pretty neat if we could get this one to fill up too. There’s 11 spots, 12 including myself. So now, between the two leagues, that gives 22 of you the chance to gloat about it when I finish in last place — in both leagues. That’s some serious nightmare fuel for me.<\/p>\n
Anyway, if you are already in the first league, please don’t sign up for the second one. Let’s try and keep this open to as many people as possible. Additionally, please don’t sign up if you think you won’t check your team at all after October 2nd. It’s really better for everyone when the league has as few ‘dead’ teams as possible.<\/p>\n

I’m hoping that we can accommodate people on both North American coasts that way. Again, there are 11 spots and it’s a head-to-head league. Here’s a look at the league settings, which are the same as the first league.<\/p>\n And jeez, I’m just flat out horrible when it comes to naming fantasy teams. In this league I settled on ‘Roenick’s Alter Ego’ after no deliberation whatsoever. The names I’m coming up with are pretty embarrassing. I’m sorry.<\/p>\n The draft of the first league is Friday night at 9:15 EST. Apparently, it’s been invaded by Blues fans.
