{"id":657396,"date":"2017-04-19T13:42:21","date_gmt":"2017-04-19T17:42:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thesportsdaily.com\/?p=657396"},"modified":"2017-04-19T13:42:21","modified_gmt":"2017-04-19T17:42:21","slug":"mike-pouncey-writes-heartfelt-message-to-aaron-hernandez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thesportsdaily.com\/news\/mike-pouncey-writes-heartfelt-message-to-aaron-hernandez\/","title":{"rendered":"Mike Pouncey writes heartfelt message to Aaron Hernandez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey was one of the first to go public and acknowledge the death of Aaron Hernandez, the former NFL player and convicted murderer who died Wednesday morning in an <a href=\"http:\/\/bleacherreport.com\/articles\/2704543-aaron-hernandez-dies-at-27-after-committing-suicide-in-prison\">apparent suicide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pouncey and Hernandez knew each other in college, so the center having heartfelt words for a former friend makes sense.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the Instagram post:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BTEQMFIlYBx\/<\/p>\n<p>This is noteworthy because it&#8217;s one of the few positive messages posted about Hernandez in the wake of his death.
