Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning\u00a0his career at 22, the 58-year-old California native earned\u00a0extensive experience\u00a0as a\u00a0prep\u00a0and college coach with programs such as Fresno City College and Pepperdine University. Walberg wet his feet in the NBA and became an assistant coach with the Denver Nuggets in 2012, the same season George Karl won Coach of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>Walberg most recently\u00a0served as an assistant coach for the Philadelphia 76ers from 2013 to 2015.
