He finished off the play by lunging forward, reaching out and hitting Carr in the legs, which you can see below.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This is roughing the passer. Just stop playing after he falls down? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/VWnJ9fnMpV\">pic.twitter.com\/VWnJ9fnMpV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Nick Bromberg (@NickBromberg) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NickBromberg\/status\/1039346531835502592?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 11, 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Donald was hit with a penalty for roughing the passer during the game, and he&#8217;s also been <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TomPelissero\/status\/1040700359927189504\">fined<\/a> $20,054 by the NFL as a result, which the league announced on Friday (via NFL Network&#8217;s Tom Pelissero).<\/p>\n<p>Given that Donald signed a massive $135 million contract extension just a few weeks ago, he can certainly afford to pay it.
