Gil Brandt, a former hospital baby photographer, became one of the first draft experts. As the Dallas Cowboys first personnel director, Brandt teamed up with Dallas GM Tex Schramm forming a formidable duo on evaluating college players. Because of their drafting acumen, beginning in 1966, the Cowboys had TWENTY consecutive winning seasons.
